In 2010 The Hergenrother Team sold more than $30,000,000 in real estate and are trusting their systems will push them to $50,000,000 in 2011. Adam enjoys Lake Champlain, snowboarding, golfing, health and education.
Sarah Hergenrother, Realtor
Sarah attended and graduated from the University of Vermont, which is located in the heart of Burlington on Lake Champlain. With over 9 years of real estate experience, an Accredited Buyer Representation designation and a Vermont broker license, Sarah will provide you with superior real estate advice and award winning service. Sarah enjoys skiing, Lake Champlain, the outdoors and spending time with family.

Matt joined The Hergenrother Team as Sales Manager in February 2011, after beginning his real estate career in 1995. Matt’s experience in real estate includes working with buyers, sellers, residential, commercial and investment properties. Matt truly believes in the team concept, and its benefits to our customers. Educating the client is his top priority because he knows it takes the guess work out of the process - creating happy customers for life. When Matt isn't working, he enjoys skiing, golfing, horseback riding and boating - anything active and outdoors!

When Amor was 14, he saw the positive impact a Realtor had on his family’s first home-buying experience and from then on he knew he wanted to provide homes for families. Prior to joining The Hergenrother Team, Amor spent 8 years in the humanitarian field working with the American Red Cross. In his free time, he enjoys working out, cooking, reading and almost any outdoor activity.

Tara, originally from Plymouth, MA, moved to Vermont to attend and graduate from Champlain College. She loves Burlington’s “small-city” feel, the friendly, artsy, and active community, and the view of the Adirondacks across Lake Champlain. Tara is a highly motivated individual who thrives on building trusting relationships in her career and personal life. As a Buyer’s Specialist, Tara is dedicated to making the purchase of your dream home a smooth and stress-free experience. Tara enjoys doing yoga, painting, biking, and spending time with her black lab, family, and friends.

Alex, originally from the Washington D.C. area, came to Burlington to study Business at Champlain College. Alex joined the Hergenrother Team in June 2011 as a Buyer Specialist and immediately delved into the world of investment properties. His drive and knowledge of the market is an asset to his clients. Alex is an avid hiker, snowboarder, snowshoer and runner.

Jesse knows the Vermont real estate market well having lived here his whole life. He earned his Associate’s Degree in Business from CCV and has over 3 years of experience in the real estate field. In his free time, Jesse enjoys photography, soccer, playing guitar, fishing, swimming, skiing and spending time with family, friends and 3 dogs.

Liza brings nearly a decade of professional real estate sales, education and construction lending to her work at Keller Williams. Liza studied architectural history and photography as an undergraduate at Purchase College and earned her Master's degree in Historic Preservation at UVM. She enjoys hiking, travel, cycling, live music, photography and playing the piano.

Hallie graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in English and has over three years of experience in the public relations, communication and administrative fields. Hallie truly is the backbone of The Adam Hergenrother Team and is a huge asset to our customers. Hallie lives in Essex Junction and when she isn’t working she enjoys reading, working out, networking and keeping up with the latest social media trends.

Keeley grew up in Vermont’s Mad River Valley and has been living in the Burlington area for over 9 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Champlain College in 2004 and started working in the real estate industry shortly after. She assisted a top producing team for many years in many different capacities from marketing and listing coordination to closing activities. She took a break from real estate in 2008 to work for a marketing/PR firm but was back working in real estate later that year. Realizing real estate was her calling, Keeley got her Vermont real estate license in early 2011. In her free time she likes to spend time with friends and her pit bull/lab named Clover, see live music, cook with local food from her farm share, bike, snowboard and volunteer at various non-profits.

Kerrry is charged with making sure that our listings receive peak exposure through marketing, seamless distribution of information and working with our sellers. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University and worked in real estate since 2007. When she isn’t working she is a cook, loves to fish and kayak and is a huge movie buff.
